Make room for a break - there's still time!

The proximity of school holidays brings a sense of urgency to daily life: preparations for the end-of-year parties, children in remedial classes, entrance exams, laboratory tests for those who can travel. Everything for yesterday! Wow! How about going against this movement? There's still time!
Last week a biology teacher started her class by telling her students that when the egg and sperm unite and mix their genetic material to generate new life, they always take a break of approximately 24 to 30 hours afterward. That's right, a pause !
The teacher intended to show her students the importance of slowing down and even stopping movement before important moments - just like our first cell did before it began to transform for nine months into what would be our baby version.
Can you tell when taking a break would make a difference for you? Perhaps reaching the end of the journey prepared to enjoy what comes next and not just crossing the finish line is an exciting option.
There's still time!
