Sessions
Main objective:

We all know that “seeing beyond the difficulties and asking for help” is not an easy task. But it is certainly a possible task.

During the SESSIONS the aim is to build the foundations for overcoming the challenges faced in the school routine. Together, we learn what it takes to turn difficulties into learning opportunities towards a more autonomous life.

Appointments happen individually and sometimes also in groups.
SESSIONS follow in parallel with the establishment of the MULTI-PROFESSIONAL DIALOGUE.
Target audience:

School-age children and youth.

Multi-professional dialogue
Main objective:

The establishment of MULTI - PROFESSIONAL DIALOGUE helps mediate and deepen communication between all those directly involved with the child/youth. The knowledge produced circulates and works in their favor, strengthening the partnership between family, school, and other professionals.
When we “all speak the same language” in facing what is challenging, there are greater chances of, together, overcoming difficulties and advancing towards the desired autonomy.

Target audience:

Doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, school team, domestic staff, and other professionals involved with children, the youth, and their families.

Multidisciplinary mapping
Main objective:
Sometimes the challenges that arise in routine and school life require a multiple look at issues that turn out to be complex.
Through MULTIDISCIPLINARY MAPPING, we seek to continue the process of MAPPING difficulties, understanding in greater depth the particular needs of children, young people and their families, when facing the challenges of the school routine.
This MULTIDISCIPLINARY MAPPING precedes, when necessary, MULTIDISCIPLINARY FOLLOW-UP throughout the work to support teaching and learning.
Target Audience:
Children and young people of school age.
