Main objective:

What impacts learning? What is your role in this process? And what about those around you?

The first step in Consulting is to determine priority topics as well as those of interest to the professional teams in the institution. This way we can move forward together in the collective construction of expanding knowledge and deepen understanding around what is intended for education and life in the 21st century.

Managers, Directors and Coordinators and their teams, in institutional spaces.

Main objective:

The purpose of this Mini-Course is to walk alongside professionals who work in educational institutions and related areas, strengthening the foundations of their autonomy and authorship, both of which are necessary for everyone in the team to once again be at the center of their individual and professional growth process.

Together, we will co-construct learning journeys that promote the autonomy of all learners which requires the most experienced to follow the same path, also as apprentices. Taking care of yourself, at this time, is the first step to accepting the difficulties of others.
